Vibration Test EngineerMy global aerospace company is looking for an experienced vibration test engineer to join its engineering team.Key TasksPerform the operational preparation work and the technical support to enable vibration test execution testing, including the following:Running TestsReview and analysis of post test dataCompiling of test data, producing test certification and reportsMechanical operations on test facilities to support desired test setupPerform Operational Test Preparation tasksMaintain test instrumentation, facilities and equipmentPerform daily /Monthly Audits routinesResponsible for delivering On Time, On Cost and On QualityEssential skillsSolid knowledge of vibration testing techniques and associated mechanical processes.Hands-on experience in assembling mechanical test rigs and interpreting technical documentation.Capable of working independently with flexibility to accommodate non-standard working hours.Perform electrical functional tests on a variety of Mechanisms Products SADMs and ADTMs, Start up Currents, inrush Voltages, Insulation resistances, continuity checks, IR measurementsDesign and manufacture of bespoke test setups and toolingSupport internal and external auditsLiaise with internal and external customers about their projectsWorking knowledge of M+P international Vibrunner softwareSo if you have the required vibration testing experience and are looking for your next role then get in touch ASAP to find out more!
