We have well over 6000 active small animal and exotic clients, and we are growing all the time.You''ll be joining an exceptionally experienced team of 4 vets (3.5 fte) with over 60 years'' experience between us! One of the team is also currently working towards an ultrasound certificate and another has a keen interest in ophthalmology. We''re also supported by a brilliant non-clinical team including Kirsty our practice manager who is also our onsite mental health first aider, as well as a team of 7 nurses who utilise all their skills including schedule 3, and with one of the team being an x-ray specialist.The roleWork is shared out equally and we try and maximise veterinary skills to the full and embrace new ideas from team members. The days are structured to advantage the team with 2 x 15-minute breaks, an hour''s lunch break and consults are given 15 minutes as standard.
