They are supported by 2 full-time and 1 part time vet, an experienced nursing team of 5 RVNS including practice manager Leighanne, 1 SVN, 2 VCAs and an experienced reception team. Some of our nurses are currently working towards certificates in surgery and anaesthesia.As a team we pride ourselves the high standard of care we provide in practice and also in providing an environment where our team can develop, feel confident and get enjoyment from their work. We hold weekly ''huddles'' which gives all team members the chance to contribute to our protocols and make sure we are working in the best way possible for everyone. We also enjoy spending time outside of work together and recently took a trip up to Edinburgh together to enjoy the Christmas markets.
