We are now recruiting for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a successful first opinion small animal veterinary practice in the City of Portsmouth, Hampshire.

Excellent full time opportunity including 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rota and no Sundays, no OOH. (part time hours may also be considered)

Practice is planning a full refurbishment to increase the facilities available and has all the equipment you’d expect from a forward thinking, evolving practice including; brand-new ultrasound, direct plate radiography system and K laser etc.

Busy and varied caseload and an excellent reputation in the heart of the community.

Role would suit a Vet with solid GP experience

Join a friendly, welcoming 2 Vet team with one currently doing a certificate in surgery.

CPD allowance and certificate study encouraged and supported.

RCVS and BVA memberships and VDS fees paid.

Lovely place to live and work, Portsmouth is a coastal city with great transport links for easy commuting and stunning coast and countryside on the doorstep.

Person Requirements

Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent

Registered with the RCVS

Solid GP experience
