Up to £68,000 DOE Full or Part time No OOH Alver Veterinary Group, Stubbington are looking for a Small Animal Vet to join our team. Here at Alver Veterinary Group we are looking for an experienced Vet to join our team , working predominantly out of our Stubbington branch. Your new role would include a variety of consults and surgeries and would include sole charge. There is also the option if you wish, to split your week and work out of our main site in Gosport. About us: 20-minute consults in 1.5-2-hour blocks including 30 minutes paid ''wrapping up'' time after the last appointment 4 days working week with 1 in 4, 7.5-hour Saturdays with a day back in lieu the following week No OOH and a TOIL system for the rare times we get caught late Variety of shifts including consults, ops, and emergencies/wards so no week is the same. Access to a local CT scanner 9 friendly vets with multiple certificate holders or working towards certificates in medicine, behaviour, diagnostic imaging, and dermatology.(across our group) 14 RVNs and 5 SVNs, all highly capable in schedule 3 procedures. They run a variety of nurse-led clinics including weight clinics, diabetic clinics and geriatric clinics Visiting advanced practitioners providing services in surgery and cardiology Monthly vet meetings to input into improvements to the practice, share CPD, and discuss interesting cases Passionate about QI - regular clinical audits leading to improved ways of working What we can offer you: ..... full job details .....
