IVC Evidensia . An opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join Birch Veterinary Centre on a permanent basis. The role is a mix of consulting and operating/procedures with a growing client base and diverse case mix including soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries.Responsibilities
Provide high-quality veterinary care for small animals, including consultations and surgical procedures.Work with a range of cases and client demographics, offering comprehensive medical workups.Participate in a flexible rota arrangement to balance work and life commitments.About the Practice
Birch Veterinary Centre is part of a busy first opinion three-practice group based in Cheshire. The main Oxton premises has a long history of veterinary medicine, with four consult rooms, a nurse consult room, two theatres, a dental suite with digital x-ray, in-house lab facilities (Idexx, Lasercyte catalyst, multiparameter anaesthetic monitors), and a broad range of soft tissue and orthopaedic equipment. Two additional smaller sites support routine appointments.Working Hours and Flexibility
A typical full-time role involves around 40 hours per week with a 1pm or 4pm finish. Weekend rota is 2 in 5, with one week finishing at 1pm and the other at 2pm. Flexible working options are available to help you achieve the right balance between work and life.Salary and Benefits
Salary: Salary up to £60,000 DOE.
