Veterinary Surgeon - Small Animal

Overview
Grahams Road Veterinary Clinic is a small animal first opinion practice in the heart of the historic town of Falkirk. We are seeking an experienced vet to join our small team in our mission to care for the pets of the central belt. We offer a well equipped lab, Xray and ultrasound facilities along with one theatre room. Our vets operate on a rotational basis with at least one day per week in surgery. Salary up to £55,000 and Relocation Allowance up to £5,000.Ideally we are looking for a full time vet; however a part time position would be considered for the right candidate. We will also consider flexible working arrangements where a 4 day working week is requested. Mornings generally start at 8:30am while finishing time is generally 6:30pm. Our vets work on a 1 in 4 rotation for Saturdays, where we work 8am-12pm. We do not offer OOH and there is no on call.
Responsibilities
Provide veterinary care for small animals as part of a small team.
Operate on a rotational basis with at least one day per week in surgery.
Work a 1 in 4 Saturday rotation (8am–12pm).
Adhere to practice hours with no out-of-hours on-call arrangements.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and client service.
Qualifications
Experienced veterinarian (as stated in the job description).
