Full-Time Veterinary SurgeonLocation: LancingWe are working on behalf of a well-established, independent small animal practice to recruit a Veterinary Surgeon to join their experienced team. This is an excellent opportunity for a vet seeking a supportive environment with a strong emphasis on patient care and continuity.The practice is ideally looking for a Veterinary Surgeon with a minimum of three years experience, although applications from candidates who demonstrate a compassionate and dedicated approach will also be considered.The RoleThis position offers a varied caseload with a good balance of consultations and surgical work. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage cases from start to finish, supporting continuity of care and building strong client relationships. 15-minute consultations as standard, with 30 minutes allocated for new clientsNo high-volume, production-line consultingClinical freedom within a supportive team structure The PracticeThe practice operates from a purpose-built, modern facility and is well equipped to support a high standard of first opinion care.
