This is a senior leadership role, ideal for an experienced veterinary nurse with a passion for team development, operational efficiency, and high-quality patient care.Role OverviewThe Nurse Manager will lead the nursing teams across the hospital, with dual responsibilities for the Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) department and other clinical areas. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will ensure seamless hospital operations, implement standardized workflows, and maintain high standards of patient care.The Hospital:This is a leading independent referral Veterinary Hospital with an excellent reputation.The hospital’s expert team of specialists covers surgery, internal medicine, neurology, cardiology, and exotic companion mammals, using advanced diagnostic and therapeutic technology. Its 24/7 Emergency and Critical Care department is fully equipped and staffed to handle all pet health emergencies.
