We are looking for an exceptional Venue Manager to lead The Barracks, our unique conference centre and charity hub in Stirling. This is not a traditional venue-management role. As Venue Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall operation, performance and future development of a vibrant and growing venue that brings together charities, community organisations, partners and visitors from across Scotland. You will lead an experienced onsite team, oversee customer and tenant experience, manage commercial performance, build strategic partnerships and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the venue.
