VENTILATION PACKAGE MANAGER CENTRAL LONDON Location: Central London Duration: Minimum 6 months Start: ASAP Project: Major Commercial Development We are currently seeking a senior and experienced Ventilation Package Manager to join the delivery team on a major commercial development in Central London. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of the ventilation and ductwork packages, while supporting and working alongside two engineers within the project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple ductwork contractors, ensuring progress, quality, compliance and delivery remain on programme. Key Responsibilities Take overall ownership of the ventilation and ductwork packages. Support and provide direction to two engineers managing the ventilation works. Manage and coordinate multiple ductwork contractors across the project. Carry out regular progress walk-downs and monitor installation against programme. Review progress, identify delays and drive contractors to meet key milestones. Oversee QA/QC of ventilation installations and ensure works meet project specifications. Ensure fire and smoke compliance requirements are fully understood, coordinated and delivered. Coordinate ventilation works with other MandE disciplines and the wider construction team.
