Ventilation Engineer

We are currently looking-for an experienced Ventilation Engineer to work on a prestigious commercial project in the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy site with ongoing work, carrying out the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of commercial ventilation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of ventilation and ductwork systems on commercial construction projects.
• Fitting and assembling rectangular and circular ductwork.
• Installation of grilles, diffusers, fire dampers, volume control dampers, and associated ventilation equipment.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and site plans.
• Carrying out maintenance, repairs, and modifications to existing ventilation systems where required.
• Ensuring all work is completed to current industry standards and health & safety regulations.
• Working closely with site managers and other trades to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Ventilation Engineer on commercial projects.
• Valid CSCS Card (Blue or Gold preferred)
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
• Own tools and full PPE.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
