You will undertake planned and reactive works in occupied and vacant properties, ensuring all work meets current regulations, safety standards and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Install, service, maintain and repair mechanical ventilation systems, including MVHR and MEV units. Carry out planned preventative maintenance and responsive repairs. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and control system faults. Inspect, test, balance airflow and commission ventilation systems in line with Approved Document F.
