Location: Shaftesbury | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | VEHICLE TECHNICIANS — WHAT WOULD IT TAKE? We could put out another advert telling you what we want. Level 3 qualified. X years’ experience. MOT tester preferred. Monday–Friday. £X salary. BUT there are hundreds of those adverts. So this time, we’re doing it differently. Tell us what YOU want. Want a 4-day week? Tell us. Want £50k, £60k+? Tell us what you need. Want no Saturdays? Let’s talk. Want a signing bonus? Ask us. Want more annual leave? Want flexible hours so you can actually see your family? Want better equipment, training or progression? Want to work 3 longer days instead of 5? Whatever would make you seriously consider leaving your current job and joining DCM Tyre & Autocentres, we want to hear it. We can’t promise we’ll say yes to everything. But if you’re a great technician and we can make the numbers and the arrangement work, why wouldn’t we? No formal interview. No obligation. Just tell us: “This is what it would take for me to move.” We’ll see if we can make it happen. DCM Tyre & Autocentres Different people want different things. Maybe it’s time recruitment caught up.
