About the Role: Seeking an experienced or adaptable Mechanic / Technician to join our team in Corby. Working in a dynamic workshop environment, you will be performing routine maintenance, thorough safety inspections, and general repairs on a varied fleet.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance, routine servicing, and safety inspections.
- Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Prepare vehicles to high standards for MOT and compliance testing.
- Maintain clear and accurate service and repair documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment.
- Strong mechanical background working on light commercial vehicles (LCVs), heavy goods vehicles (HGVs), or automotive light vehicles.
- Motor Mechanics Welcome: Candidates with standard automotive/light vehicle experience who are eager to work on commercial vehicles will be considered.
- Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served experience).
- Full UK driving license.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (52 hours weekly).
