Vehicle Technician

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician/Vehicle Mechanic within a well-established Premium Main Car Dealership located in Reading.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

- Monday To Friday 8am - 5.30pm / 1 In 7 Saturdays!

- Level 2 / 3 Qualifications Required NVQ / City and Guilds
- 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Manufacturer Training Program

Duties:

- Carrying out Servicing
- Carrying out Diagnostics
- Undertaking Vehicle Road Tests
- Working to Company Guidelines
- Carry out other duties as requested
- Ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is always maintained

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Similar Role
- NVQ Level 2 / 3 Qualifications
- Proven record of excellent customer service skills
- A working history within the Automotive Sector
- Excellent customer service skills to upkeep their fantastic reputation
- Qualified / Experienced Technician required 
- MOT Tester Licence desirable 
- Driving Licence Essential

The salary of this role is up to £40,000 basic with OTE of £45,000.

Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm / 1 In 7 Saturdays!
