Vehicle Technician

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester within a dealership located in Southampton.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician/ MOT Tester who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard
- Conducting vehicle diagnostics and fault finding
- Completing work within the given timeframes and to a high standard
- Maintaining accurate records of all work completed
- Participating in manufacturer training programs to further develop your skills
- Adhering to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

- Experience as a qualified Vehicle Technician, with NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- Strong service skills are beneficial
- Experience working on a variety of makes and models of vehicles is desirable
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Full UK Driving Licence. – Preferably Clean

The salary of this role is up to £35000 basic with OTE of £50000.

Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday.
