Vehicle Technician

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Area Vehicle Technician within a small independent garage, located in Eastleigh.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Area Vehicle Technician, who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
- MOT Testing
- Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
- Communicating frequently to Service Managers and Advisors.
- Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards
- Keeping a tidy work area – meeting the company’s safety and general demands.

Requirements:

- Preferably Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance or similar.
- A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
- Dedicated and committed approach.
- Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.
- Your own Vehicle Technician tools

The salary of this role is up to £42,500 basic with OTE of £42,500.

Hours of work in this Area Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday – 08:00 till 17:00 – No Saturdays.
