Vehicle Technician

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive 4x4 Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a dealership located in Peterborough.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a 4x4 Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Use and be able to interpret wiring diagrams for 4x4 vehicles.
- Train, coach and develop workshop and service team members.
- Talk directly to customers with any vehicle concerns and ensure that all work is carried out in full and followed up until resolved.

Requirements:

- Fully qualified and skilled in 4x4 vehicles. 
- Able to carry out services and mechanical repairs, cambelt and clutch changes.
- Carry out complex auto electrical work of 4x4 vehicles including diagnosis of electrical problems

The salary of this role is up to £40000 basic.

Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week.
