Vehicle Technician

A leading automotive dealership in Liverpool, Merseyside is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their established team. • Basic salary from -28,000 to -38,000, dependent on qualifications and experience

Vehicle Technician Duties:

• Conduct vehicle health checks and vehicle servicing in line with manufacturer standards
• Perform routine repairs, diagnostics, and component replacements
• Carry out minor repairs, pre-delivery inspections, and accessory fittings
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs and resolve faults efficiently
• Complete accurate and detailed paperwork for each job
• Support warranty repair procedures, adhering to manufacturer requirements
• Collaborate effectively within a dedicated service team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, with diagnostic skills preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to high standards of workmanship
• Knowledge of electrical systems and basic diagnostics is advantageous
• Strong team player with a willingness to learn and develop within the motor trade
