Vehicle Technician

We are working on behalf of our client, a reputable main dealership located in Crawley, to recruit a highly skilled VAG Vehicle Technician.

Duties as a Vehicle Technician:

• Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, specialising in VAG models
• Conducting MOT testing with a valid MOT licence
• Performing PDI inspections, vehicle servicing, and maintenance tasks
• Ensuring repairs are completed to a high standard and first-time fix rates are maximised
• Collaborating with colleagues to meet workshop targets and deliver excellent customer service
• Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
• Using diagnostic scanners and dealership systems efficiently to identify issues

Requirements as Vehicle Technician:

• Level 3 Qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent essential
• Valid MOT licence (mandatory)
• Experience working within a main dealer environment highly advantageous
• Possession of own tools and a valid UK driving licence
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Positive attitude and team player mentality
• Enthusiastic about working with VAG vehicles and delivering excellent customer care
• Demonstrated professionalism and dedication to high standards
