Duties:

• Perform fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs on vehicles according to manufacturer standards
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and reporting of vehicle faults, safety, and performance issues to the Service Manager
• Adhere to quality procedures laid down by the manufacturer and our client
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity in a busy dealership environment
• Complete all work efficiently within specified timeframes
• Support with vehicle inspections and additional technical duties as required
• Assist in maintaining workshop tools and equipment to operational standards
• If possessing an MOT licence, conduct MOT testing; training provided if not currently held

Requirements:

• Qualified Vehicle Technician with IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Current UK driving licence with minimal points
• Ability to produce high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player with good organisational skills
• Motivated to meet and exceed team targets
• Induviduals with an active MOT licence are preferred but not essential as training will be provided
• Previous experience within a franchise dealership environment is desirable
