Duties of the Vehicle Technician:

• Conducting vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and fault-finding to manufacturer standards
• Identifying and resolving vehicle faults efficiently and accurately
• Carrying out safety inspections and preparing vehicles for MOT testing
• Maintaining comprehensive and precise documentation of all work undertaken
• Collaborating with team members to ensure high standards of service delivery
• Upholding health and safety protocols within the workshop environment
• Assisting with additional workshop duties as required to support the team

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Repair
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or independent garage
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills with a methodical approach
• Full UK driving licence
• MOT licence is advantageous but not essential
• Customer-focused attitude with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritise tasks
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset
