Vehicle TechnicianLocation: Brighton, East SussexSalary: £34,000 - £60,000 OTEJob Type: Full-time, PermanentOverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our busy workshop in Brighton. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a range of vehicles to the highest standards while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on customer vehicles.Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment.Complete repairs efficiently and accurately in line with manufacturer specifications.Perform vehicle inspections and identify additional work required.Conduct vehicle health checks and prepare reports.Ensure all work is completed to health and safety standards.Maintain accurate records of work carried out and parts used.Support colleagues and contribute to a productive workshop environment.Essential RequirementsNVQ Level 3, City and Guilds Level 3, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or Automotive Technician.Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.Full UK driving licence.Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Desirable RequirementsMOT Tester licence.Experience with manufacturer diagnostic systems.Hybrid and electric vehicle qualifications.Main ..... full job details .....
