Vehicle TechnicianLocation: NorwichSalary: £32,000 - £42,000 Basic £45,000 - £50,000+ OTEHours: Monday-Friday + Saturday rota The RoleWe are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy and well-established dealership in Norwich.This is a great opportunity to work within a professional workshop environment, carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to a high standard while benefiting from ongoing manufacturer training and career progression. Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehiclesPerform diagnostics and fault finding using modern equipmentComplete vehicle health checks (VHCs) and report findingsEnsure all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer standardsMaintain accurate records of work carried outWork collaboratively with the workshop and service team RequirementsNVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and RepairProven experience as a Vehicle Technician / MechanicStrong diagnostic skills (advantageous for higher salary bracket)MOT Licence (desirable but not essential)Full UK driving licence Package and Benefits£32k-£42k basic depending on experienceOTE up to £50k+ for senior / diagnostic techsBonus / efficiency-based incentivesManufacturer training and developmentOvertime opportunitiesPension and staff ..... full job details .....
