Location: Durham Salary: Up to 40,000 basic + bonus Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Job Type: Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join a well-established automotive business in Durham. This is a great opportunity for a qualified technician looking for a stable Monday to Friday role within a professional workshop environment. The Role As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and mechanical repairs across a variety of vehicles. Duties will include: Carrying out vehicle servicing and routine maintenance Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults Carrying out mechanical repairs to a high standard Brake, suspension, steering and other component repairs Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults Completing vehicle inspections and safety checks Working efficiently as part of a professional workshop team Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health and safety Requirements Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is essential Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Good attention to detail and quality of workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence What''s on Offer Up to 40,000 basic salary Bonus scheme Monday to Friday working hours 40 hours per week Permanent position Professional workshop environment ..... full job details .....
