We''re recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to join a reputable automotive specialist based in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of vehicles, predominantly high-performance German cars, within a professional and well-equipped workshop.What you''ll be doing:Servicing and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, particularly high-performance German brandsCarrying out diagnostics and fault-finding across various vehicle systemsCompleting mechanical work including engine builds, clutch replacements, and gearbox changesPerforming general repairs and maintenance to a high standardConducting MoT testing (if qualified)Liaising with front-of-house staff regarding required workOccasionally interacting with customers to provide updates and technical insightMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environmentWhat we''re looking for:Minimum 5 years'' experience in a similar Vehicle Technician or Mechanic roleRelevant automotive qualifications or strong time-served experienceProven ability to work independently across a wide range of repairsStrong diagnostic and fault-finding skillsFull UK driving licence (essential)Ability to work with minimal supervisionGood communication and teamwork skillsCommitment to maintaining high workshop and Health ..... full job details .....
