Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults efficiently to ensure first-time fixes where possible. Following warranty procedures and completing all associated repair documentation accurately. Road testing vehicles where required to confirm repairs have been completed to the highest standard. Reporting any additional faults or repair requirements to the Workshop Controller.
