About the RoleOur Land Rover Dealership is looking for a Vehicle Technician to join our team and contribute to the success of the dealership. Whether you are a NVQ Level 3 qualified Technician or working towards your Level 3 and want to achieve your qualification with us, we can provide excellent training to develop your skillset.As a Level 2 Service Technician your bonus will be paid after achieving a target of 6.5 hours per 8-hour day. (81% productivity)As a Level 3 Diagnostic Technician your bonus will be paid after achieving a target of 6 hours per 8-hour day. (75% productivity)As a Level 4 Master Technician your bonus will be paid after achieving a target of 5 hours per 8-hour day. (62% productivity)All Technicians qualify for a bonus for every hour sold above target.Maybe you are looking for a flexible shift pattern as a Vehicle Technician?
