Vehicle Technician - Maidstone Area

Basic Salary: -33,000 - -38,000 DOE
OTE: -40,000 - -45,000 (with bonus)
Hours: Monday to Friday, with overtime available

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to join a supportive, family-run garage with a strong reputation for quality and customer service?

We are working with one of Maidstone''s leading independent garages, well-established in the local community and equipped with the latest workshop technology. Combining main-dealer standards with the personal touch of a family business, they offer a wide range of repairs, servicing, and maintenance for most makes and models, including hybrid and electric vehicles.

As a Vehicle Technician, you will:

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on a variety of vehicles

• Undertake diagnostic and fault-finding work where required

• Work confidently with modern workshop and diagnostic equipment

• Ensure all work is completed to high standards of safety and quality

• Support workshop efficiency and work well within a close-knit team

• Qualified Vehicle Technician (IMI or equivalent)

• Strong background in vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair

• Diagnostic experience would be beneficial but not essential

• Confident working on a range of makes and models (experience with hybrid and electric vehicles advantageous)

• Reliable, hard-working, and team-oriented

• Basic salary from -33,000 - -38,000 (depending on experience)

• Bonus scheme with an OTE of -40,000 - -45,000

• Monday to Friday working week, with overtime available
