Our Client in Hillingdon is a fast-growing independent garage located in the heart of the town. With increasing demand for our servicing, diagnostics, and repair services, we are looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our expanding workshop team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a family-run business that values quality workmanship, integrity, and team development.

Salary Expectations

• Basic Salary: -30,000 - -40,000 per year (based on 5.5 days per week)

• Bonus Scheme: -6,000 - -12,000 per year

• On Target Earnings: -42,000 - -52,000 per year

• Includes 26 Saturdays per year

For the right candidate, part-time hours will be considered, with salary and bonus paid on a pro-rata basis.

Due to continued growth, one of the workshops is being refurbished to increase capacity and meet rising customer demand - making this an exciting time to join the business.

About the Role

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of servicing, maintenance, diagnostic, and repair work to a high professional standard. You will work on various makes and models, ensuring vehicles are maintained and repaired efficiently and safely.

You will be expected to:

• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults

• Conduct engine, gearbox, brake, suspension, and clutch repairs

• Perform advanced diagnostic investigations

• Complete job cards and service records accurately

• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

• Support team members where required

Technician Requirements

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technician, ideally:

• Qualified to Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent)

• Experience up to Master Technician standard preferred

• Strong diagnostic capability

• Confident working independently and as part of a team

• Committed to high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
