Vehicle Technician – Chorley
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)

We are a small, friendly team looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician to support our continued growth. This role offers genuine opportunities for career progression as the business expands.

The Role:

You will work on a wide range of vehicle makes and models, carrying out repairs and servicing. Unlike many dealerships, we focus on repairing rather than replacing wherever possible, including engine rebuilds and cost-effective solutions for our customers.

This is a varied role that provides excellent opportunities to develop your skills and avoid repetitive work. Ongoing training and development will be provided where needed.

You will be based in a fully equipped workshop using modern diagnostic equipment and specialist tools, working within a relaxed and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out servicing and repairs on customer and sales vehicles

Perform vehicle inspections and identify faults

Complete Vehicle Health Checks

Conduct road tests for diagnostics and quality checks

Communicate effectively with the service team and customers

Obtain authorisation for any additional work required

About You:

Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role (preferred)

Good communication skills with colleagues and customers

Passionate about the motor trade and continuous development

The Package:

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)

Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:15 (no weekends)
