THE ROLE
As a Vehicle Technician, you''ll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while ensuring every vehicle is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest manufacturer standards.
Key responsibilities include:
·Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repair work
·Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
·Completing repairs and assembly operations to manufacturer standards
·Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer guidelines and health & safety regulations
·Accurately documenting all completed service and repair work
·Providing technical advice and support where required
·Working collaboratively with the workshop team to maximise productivity
·Delivering exceptional workmanship and outstanding customer satisfaction
 
ABOUT YOU
We''re keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
·NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is preferred; however, Level 2 qualified Technicians with at least two years'' hands-on workshop experience will also be considered
·Strong servicing, maintenance, and diagnostic skills
·MOT Tester Licence desirable but not essential
·Ownership of your own tools and toolbox
·A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
·Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)
·The right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
Alternative job titles may include: Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Automotive Technician, Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician or Car Mechanic.
