Our client is a small, family-run independent specialist garage in the Horsham area, and they re looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their team. You''ll be joining a close-knit team of two technicians and an apprentice, with plenty of independence and your own ramp and work area. What you''ll be doing It''s a proper technician''s role no spending half your day wondering where the coffee machine has gone. You''ll be carrying out: Servicing and routine maintenance Mechanical repairs Diagnostics and fault finding Electrical diagnosis and repairs General mechanical work Working predominantly on Porsche and prestige vehicles VAG experience would be a big bonus, particularly if you know your way around the cars without needing to ask Google where the battery is. You''ll have access to professional diagnostic equipment including Autologic, TechStar and Snap-on, so you''ll have the tools to diagnose the problem rather than simply unplugging the battery and hoping for the best.
