Vehicle Technician

Ashfield District Council have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join the team based in Sutton-In-Ashfield. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis (37 hours per week) and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £36,581 - £39,481 per annum with additional allowances. We have an opportunity for someone who is highly motivated, enthusiastic, and excited about keeping our wheels on the road. As a qualified Level 3 HGV vehicle technician, with MOT testing qualifications or willing to undertake training for MOT Testing, you will play a critical role in helping to maintain a large and varied fleet of Vehicles and Plant equipment ranging from 32Tonne Refuse Collection Vehicles to Massey Ferguson Tractors and Mowers.
