Due to their continued expansion, they are seeking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Maintenance and Customer Service Executive, to join their existing Vehicle Maintenance team reporting to the Operations Manager. For the successful candidate, there will be opportunities for further progression as the business continues to accelerate and grow into new markets. This role will be focused on providing technical support to customers and a variety of stakeholders. A strong understanding of the motor trade is essential for this position, supported ideally with a NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Motor Vehicle Mechanics. The successful candidate must have the ability to challenge and negotiate in a professional manner. Previous experience in a vehicle workshop or car dealership environment would be preferable. This is a full-time position office based position working Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm.
