Vehicle Technician

A ka Recruitment are proud to be working with a new client of ours to bring you this Vehicle Technician role based in Halifax. Working within a busy and clean workshop, you will be joining a forward thinking and established specialist garage. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with no weekends . Salary basic can hit up to -45,000k (Depending on experience) with occasional overtime also available Job Duties Include:

• Servicing and repairs on a range of brands

• Removal and refitting of mechanical components

• Ensure all work is carried out to manufacturer standards

• Ensure all equipment and workshop is maintained and cleaned

• Carrying out of inspections on a range of vehicles

• All work that is completed and carried out is within safe working practices

• Carry out Diagnostics and repairs to the highest industry standards

Requirements:

• Qualified at Level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds)
• MOT Testing licence is again advantageous but not essential

• Own tools

• Full Licence with no more than 6 points
