Our client, a busy main dealership, is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their established workshop team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Technician who is motivated by earning potential, takes pride in their work and is keen to maximise their income through an uncapped bonus structure.

The role will primarily involve servicing and routine maintenance, alongside light diagnostic work. The ideal candidate will be someone who is hands-on, hardworking and willing to get stuck in and complete work to a high standard.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance on customer vehicles.
• Complete mechanical repairs and maintenance work to a high standard.
• Carry out light diagnostic and fault-finding work.
• Complete all work efficiently and accurately.
• Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Work effectively alongside the wider workshop team.
• Ensure vehicles are completed within agreed timescales.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Your Background & Skills

• Previous main dealership experience is essential.
• Level 2, Level 3 or Level 4 qualification.
• Strong servicing and mechanical repair experience.
• Light diagnostic experience.
• Hardworking, reliable and willing to get stuck in.
• Able to work efficiently in a busy workshop.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Hungry to earn and motivated by an uncapped bonus structure.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Salary & Working Hours

• Level 2 – circa early £30,000s
• Level 3 – £40,000
• Level 4 – £43,000–£44,000
• Uncapped bonus scheme
• Potential to earn £50,000, £60,000, £70,000+ depending on performance.
• Monday to Friday with flexible start/finish options.
• Currently 1 in 3 Saturdays, with revised Saturday hours being considered.
