Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults properly, not just guessing and hoping. Carrying out thorough inspections and test drives to make sure every car is safe and reliable. Helping our service advisors by explaining technical issues clearly, so customers understand the value of the work we do. Keeping the workshop safe, tidy, and professional.
