Vehicle Service Supervisor

Vehicle Service Supervisor required for Automotive dealer group in Exeter area.

Our Client, the largest auto product / service provider, is currently seeking a Vehicle Service Supervisor to join and lead the Service Department. 
 
Benefits:

- Basic salary plus bonuses providing a £40,000 annual on-target earnings potential.
- Optional overtime subject to availability, paid at an enhanced rate of 1.5x time or 2x time. 
- 20 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays, with your holiday allowance increasing over the length of service.

- 44-hour week, Monday to Friday. 

 
Responsibilities:

- Overseeing daily operations; creating a smooth and efficient running of the Service department.
- Working closely with other Service departments, ensuring the customers are kept updated.
- Installation, repair, and maintenance services for cars, vans and trucks.
- Completing mandatory admin-based tasks, such as managing bookings.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in a supervisory or coordinator role – preferably within Automotive or Commercial Vehicle Services.
- Knowledgeable in Service Management Software (preferably Sage MMS/Sicon)
- Controlling workloads smoothy.
- Full UK Driving Licence.

For your hard work for our Client you will be rewarded with a salary of £30,000.

The hours of this Vehicle Service Supervisor role are Monday to Friday only -  no weekends!
