This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys working within a fast-paced automotive environment. You will be responsible for preparing vehicles for paint, carrying out repairs using approved methods, and supporting the wider team to ensure vehicles are restored to the highest possible standard. Key Responsibilities Prepare vehicles and panels for paint, including masking, sanding, and priming. Inspect prepared panels to ensure they are free from defects before painting. Carry out repairs and preparation work to restore vehicles to their original condition. Follow approved repair methods and quality standards.
