Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and prioritise safety throughout all tasks. Key Responsibilities Perform repairs in accordance with best practise procedures and manufacturer guidelines. Utilise manufacturer data and technical specifications to apply appropriate welding techniques and equipment. Operate body alignment equipment precisely for all body repairs. Interpret job cards thoroughly and seek clarification from the Bodyshop Estimator if instructions are unclear or inconsistent. Complete assigned repairs within estimated timeframes, safeguarding customers’ vehicles and belongings while in the workshop. Ensure all vehicles meet safety standards prior to customer collection.
