About the Role As a Vehicle Paint Technician, you will play a key role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition through expert paint application and finishing techniques. Working as part of a skilled team, you will ensure high-quality workmanship, operational efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and masking. Mixing and matching paint colours using manufacturer specifications and spectrometer technology. Applying primers, basecoats, and clearcoats to achieve a flawless finish. Carrying out smart repairs and blending techniques where required. Ensuring all work meets manufacturer and BSI 10125 standards.
