We-are-currently-recruiting-for-a-Smart-Repair-Technician-to-join-our-busy-client-based-in-Gloucestershire.

Job-Role:

• Prepare-surfaces-and-equipment-for-painting,-ensuring-all-materials-are-clean-and-free-of-contaminants.
• Apply-coatings-using-conventional-air-spraying-techniques-on-industrial-machinery-and-steel-fabrications.
• Mix-paints-to-manufacturer-specifications-and-adhere-to-technical-documents-and-guidelines.
• Maintain-and-clean-all-painting-equipment-and-tools-to-ensure-optimal-performance.
• Follow-safety-protocols-and-industry-standards-to-ensure-a-safe-and-efficient-work-environment.

Experience:

• Proven-experience-as-a-vehicle-paint-sprayer.
• Proficiency-in-conventional-air-spraying-of-single-and-two-pack-paints.
• Experience-with-airless-spraying-is-highly-advantageous.
• Ability-to-read-and-interpret-paint-technical-documents-and-specifications.
• Strong-attention-to-detail-and-commitment-to-quality.
• Excellent-time-management-skills-and-the-ability-to-work-independently-or-as-part-of-a-team.
