Role - VEHICLE OPERATIONAL RENTAL MANAGER - £40k per annum + Bonus + Benefits PERMANENT ROLE SITE BASED GROWING ESTABLISHED BUSINESS MUST HAVE VEHICLE RENTAL OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE MONDAY - FRIDAY Our client is a leader in their field and following a period of sustained growth coupled with ongoing development of the business they are seeking an experienced Operational Rental Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of their rental operations. They need a proactive and experienced candidate who will add value to the business from day one. You will be responsible for maximising fleet utilisation, managing depot performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage daily rental operations across the depot/network Optimise fleet availability, utilisation, and turnaround times Oversee vehicle maintenance scheduling in coordination with workshop teams Manage and develop a team of rental and fleet controllers, drivers, and workshop support staff Ensure compliance with all transport regulations and health and safety standards Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance, implementing improvements where needed Handle customer escalations and maintain strong client relationships Collaborate with sales teams to support business growth and contract fulfilment Skills and Experience Proven experience in a vehicle rental management operations role Strong leadership and people management skills Good understanding ..... full job details .....
