Vehicle Mechanic Bristol Airport Salary: £45,675 £46,631 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00am 3:30pm Are you an experienced Vehicle Mechanic looking for a new technical challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Vehicle Mechanic to join our team at Bristol Airport, working for a market-leading company specialising in the maintenance and repair of Ground Support Equipment (GSE). The Role This is a varied and rewarding workshop and airside-based position where you will play an essential role in keeping critical airport equipment operational. Using your mechanical expertise, you will be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs and completing preventative maintenance on a wide range of specialist airport vehicles and equipment, including: Aircraft towing tractors and tugs Baggage handling and elevator equipment Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Specialist airport vehicles and plant A variety of unique mechanical equipment You will need to be a confident mechanic and effective problem solver, with the ability to diagnose faults accurately and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
