• Salary up to £40,000, depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm

Duties of the Vehicle Engine Technician:

• Conduct service and repair checks on a variety of vehicle makes and models
• Diagnose faults accurately and efficiently
• Fit engines, clutches, cambelts, and perform welding tasks
• Complete work within specified timeframes, adhering to company standards
• Maintain a professional image and high standards of quality service
• Ensure vehicle safety and roadworthiness following repairs and servicing

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Engine Technician within a main dealer or independent garage environment
• Full UK driving licence
• Competence with engine work, timing belts, clutches, and welding
• Fully qualified technicians preferred; 'time served' technicians with a stable background will be considered
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Motivated to develop skills and knowledge continuously
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
