Recruitable Staffing Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Vehicle Electrical Technician to join a busy manufacturing/automotive team in Leamington Spa. This is a great opportunity for someone confident with vehicle electrics, wiring and cable routing, looking for stable weekday work and strong hourly rates. Key Responsibilities

• Routing, running and securing cables/looming within vehicles
• Building and fitting wiring looms to specification
• Connecting electrical components (e.g., lights, switches, sensors, control units)
• Working from wiring diagrams, build sheets and technical instructions
• Fault-finding and basic testing where required (continuity checks, visual inspections)
• Ensuring work meets quality and health & safety standards
• Keeping the work area clean and organised

• Previous experience in vehicle electrics / automotive wiring (essential)
• Confident routing cables and working to a high standard of finish
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-first approach
• Reliable, proactive and able to work as part of a team
• Right to work in the UK
