About the Role   An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Diagnostic Author to join a collaborative and professional team supporting a leading automotive OEM. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in vehicle diagnostics and a strong understanding of automotive electronic systems who are passionate about creating clear, accurate, and effective technical documentation.   Key Responsibilities    Support the diagnosis of complex vehicle faults using symptoms, Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs), and engineering data.  Develop and author diagnostic workflows that guide technicians through fault-finding and repair processes.  Create, manage, review, and publish technical diagnostic content for use by dealer networks and service technicians.  Collaborate with engineering teams and subject matter experts to gather, validate, and interpret technical information.  Ensure all documentation is accurate and aligned with quality standards.
