The general job functions include collection and delivery of customer vehicles, processing and preparing vehicles to enter the workshop and returning them following their repair. Exceptional customer service is a must, and all duties should be completed in an efficient, timely and professional manner. The role will include, but is not limited to: Collecting and delivering vehicles and observing all highway laws including speed restrictions Inspecting vehicles and evaluating damage; taking clear photos throughout Completing all administrative duties in relation to your role Adhere to all areas of Health and Safety and report any issues as a matter of urgency Follow company processes relating to car cleaning and imaging as vehicles will need to be cleaned on...
